My wife’s Model 3 was out of warranty and one of the most dreaded South Florida car problems happened. The AC stopped! Literal sweat induced fear. We first put in a request for an appointment with Tesla via the app, the soonest appointment was in 55 days! We called Tesla and they said we could drop it off whenever we wanted, because AC is an emergency in hot weather. But, they would have the car for DAYS, no loaner because it’s out of warranty. EV Garage was able to see us the very next morning and the car was back to that sweet fully functional AC by the SAME afternoon. The diagnostic and repair was less than the amount for Tesla to just diagnose the problem. Leticia, Service Advisor, is knowledgeable and attentive. Very happy with the service, speed, and price. Additionally, the parking and waiting area at EV garage are both exceedingly larger and more comfortable than Tesla in Coral Gables.

I recently had a fantastic experience with EV Garage! They scheduled me in for the next day, and while the diagnostic took a bit longer than expected, they pinpointed the exact issue with my car. I needed to replace my air suspension compressor, and I was able to bring in a rebuilt OEM part from another vendor, which saved me from the higher markup on Tesla parts. Their staff is super friendly and professional, and the mechanics are former Tesla service center employees, so they know these cars inside and out. Highly recommend EV Garage for any Tesla service needs—just bring your own parts if you want to avoid the extra cost on Tesla originals!

Needed alignment on my new 2024 Model X plaid and EV Garage aligned it better than the Tesla service center did. It honestly drives and feels more brand new than when I first received it from delivery. The location is great, clean including bathrooms, waiting area is comfortable with water and coffee, and everyone is nice. They also helped me eliminate a noise which was coming from one of the 2nd row captains seats. Leticia was super professional and helpful. Definitely a better communication experience than with Tesla service center. Looking forward to future visits when service is needed. Thank you

I have used EV Garage for multiple serious repairs on my eleven year old Model S and find them knowledgeable, honest, responsive and far more reasonable and flexible than Tesla. When possible they will troubleshoot down to the part and offer less expensive and rebuild options. A helpful human being will discuss your problem and make an appointment with no delay rather than scheduling weeks out by phone app.

Amazing place that took great care of my Chevy volt. Very organized, knowledgeable and professional staff that had me in and out in no time for a brake programming issue. My volt doesn't have many issues but when it does in the future you can bet I'll be back to EV garage!!

I went to EV Garage because I hit my Tesla on the rim, and the tire got out of place, making the car pull to the left. When I arrived, they told me they’d charge me for a full diagnostic to figure out what parts were damaged so they could replace them. Once they finished, we made another invoice for the damaged part and an alignment, and they said the part would take 3-5 business days (it ended up taking about a month). When I went for the appointment after the part arrived, they told me the mechanic found another damaged piece during the repair, supposedly because of how I had used the car. So, we ordered the other part, and I left with the car in the same condition, but with the initial part changed. They suggested I rent a car while waiting for the delivery of the new part (imagine renting a car for two months). This new part arrived in a week, so that part was okay. When I picked up the car, thinking everything was finally fixed, I headed home and realized the car was now pulling to the right. I wrote to them, and they said this could happen, and if I wanted, they could send me another invoice to charge for a new diagnostic to see what was going on, even though I had already paid for a diagnostic. So, almost two months later, I ended up with the car pulling to the opposite side from what it was doing when I first brought it in.

I worked with Leticia, took my Tesla model 3 there. I hit something in the road and it had some radiator damage. I’ve worked with them before and never disappoint. They took care of my vehicle, I love coming to them instead of Tesla. Their service is perfect, they are honest, and they make owning an EV a lot easier.

Nice alternative to the dealer on much better prices!
Got my yoke swapped to the steering wheel for a fraction of the cost and time.
The place is clean and well maintained, the techs know what they are doing. And they take care of the cars
