I was ghosted- terrible experience. As a small business owner, I was recommended to EVstudio. I met with Bill and Rob at length regarding my project, was promised a quote within a week- and never heard from them again. I followed up multiple times by phone and email, with no response. If my company was too small for their business, they should have said so and not wasted my time. This delayed my business launch.

Just attempted to have a phone conversation with Erin about several new projects, and the complete lack of professionalism and interest led me to believe that they don't need any new work.

Fair enough, Sean. Your over 100 hard working Architects and Engineers do deserve to know why you received a one-star review. About 6 weeks ago, I was referred to EV for the structural engineering of 4-6 custom homes. I left my first voice message, but no one responded, so after a week, I called again. Here's how it went:

EV: Hello
Me: Is this EVstudio?
EV: (pause) Uh-huh.
Me: May I speak w/ someone about several new projects?
EV: (long pause)
Me: Are you still there?
EV: Do you want to talk with someone?
Me: Please.
EV: Leave a name and number.
Me: Okay. It's .....
EV: Click.

I called back a third time, and left my second voice message. After about a week (no return call), I forgot all about you, until EV was again referred by the same company. The fourth phone call was even less productive, if that's possible, although it sounded like I was speaking with a different individual - Erin. After considerable runaround, I finally asked to speak with someone else, Erin responded, "Why do you need to speak with someone else?"

Just shoot me.

If you’re considering ev studio, do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere. The incompetence and unresponsiveness of EV studio ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars because of missed deadlines. Working with ev was a gigantic mistake and an overall extraordinarily frustrating experience.
