I chose EV Plug Pros to install my Tesla charger after getting a couple of quotes. Worked with Alyse to upload photos of my panel and other needs. They handled the permit for the city and showed up on time when my install date was scheduled. Bryan and Ryan were the installers and were excellent in explaining what work was needed and answered all of my questions. Very friendly guys. I would absolutely recommend EV Plug Pros to anyone looking to get a charger installed.

The installers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They had to route the line through the back exterior brick wall where my panel is located, down through the unfinished portion of my basement, and up through to the garage at the front of the house. Everything was done neatly and quickly, all while dealing with my overly friendly dog and clutter in the way. The city inspector said it was one of the cleanest installations he’d seen.

EV Plug Pros installed a hardwired ChargePoint Home Flex for me, and they did great!

Getting quoted was quick and they were quite thorough. I wasn't sure where I wanted my charger, so they helped me price out a few alternatives. I did the same thing with a few other companies, and EV Plug Pros had the most competitive bid of them all.

Once I accepted a quote, scheduling was seamless, electricians showed up on time, and they were done a lot faster than I thought they'd be.

I'm pleased with the quality of their work; everything looks good, and seems to function properly. The electricians who did the installation were also very polite and professional.

Overall, easily five stars.
