When my Toyota Prius' 2006 hybrid battery started acting strange last month, I already knew who I was going to call.
Finding myself in the same situation years back I had called on Greentec and they did not disappoint.
The choice between taking a chance on a new car or repairing my hybrid battery the first time was much more uncertain; but even if the replacement only lasted the listed warranty period it was a better choice for me.
Years later (I can't even find what year I had it replaced initially) I know I made the correct choice.
This time around I got the brand new cells as well with a four year warranty - It's a quality product and well worth the investment for me, despite my car's age.
Greentec's mobile install service is extremely helpful as well, allowing me to schedule a convenient time and not requiring me to engage a tow truck.
Thai came out for my install and was a great representative for the company - Very knowledgeable, impeccable customer service and was great to talk shop with on the hybrid car experience.
After a quick test drive I had full confidence that my hybrid issues were gone, and if there were any issues Greentec would be there to honor their battery.
Great product, great service and great value with the quality they provide!
I'm grateful to have Greentec as an option in Nashville and glad I can skip the unpleasant dealership experience.

We had the best experience replacing the hybrid battery in my Prius. Brad in sales was fantastic. I opted for mobile installation & Ty the installer contacted me the same day. He was able to install the battery the next morning at 9am. He was right on time & was all finished in about 45 minutes. He was great! My car is back to its old self & runs great. I’ll be using Greentec again when the need arises. If your hybrid battery dies, I recommend you contact Greentec.

A few years ago I purchased a neglected and given up on 2000 Honda Insight manual with only 54K miles. It had a few small issues and a “bad” battery. I cleaned it up, then manually drained and balanced the hybrid battery many times to get me by for a few years. But after recent constant battery errors, I realized this original almost 25 year old battery was finally done and gave Thai at Greentec a call. Thai installed a battery with all new 8.0 ah cells which is a big upgrade over the original 6.0 ah cells. They had it installed quickly, and were very helpful making sure that all my questions were answered. It has over a thousand miles since the install, with no problems whatsoever. It can now be driven normally, and I don’t have to constantly keep driving easy to avoid a potential battery error. And best of all, I have averaged right at 65mpg since the install over the last 1000 miles. If you have a solid older hybrid, don’t get a new vehicle, spend a little money on a battery and keep driving!

Although there were no warning signals appearing in my 2014 Honda Civic Hybrid with 170,000 miles, I had noticed a decline in my miles-per-gallon and that the hybrid battery was not fully charging. I made an appointment with your Nashville facility and even though I arrived from Memphis 30 minutes early, your technician Thái immediately began preparing the paperwork and was soon beginning the work. He allowed me to observe as he removed the old battery and installed the new one. The whole process was completed in less than an hour. In the days since I have definitely seen an increase in the miles-per-gallon, and also the auto-stop is engaging much more frequently than in recent months. All-in-all it was a very pleasant experience.

I thought I would do preventative maintenance by changing the high voltage battery on my 2005 Ford Escape. Turns out it was very much needed. Thai traveled about 150 miles to take care of my problem. Very pleasant, professional and punctual to work with.

My hybrid battery system went bad and I needed it replaced as soon as possible. Thai was able to get me in the following day! My wife and I ate lunch and by the time we got finished, my vehicle was ready! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting their hybrid battery replaced! Great job!
