ICON EV did a spectacular job returning my brand new Model Y to its new factory condition. I purchased my Tesla MYLR and after owning my car for 2 hours and driving it 10 miles another driver backed into the car in a parking lot. Both passenger side doors were crushed in- luckily no frame damage.
ICON EV worked w the other party’s insurance, send a quote and got the repairs approved. It took about a month to get the parts in (my car was still drivable). At drop off for the repairs, they quoted me 1.5 weeks to finish the job and that’s exactly how long it took. The results are superb- I can’t tell where the damage was. They also fully charged my car for pickup.

ICON EV gets a perfect score for timeliness, workmanship and professionalism- they also communicate via text and were always responsive to my questions. Chris was great to work with.

Highly recommend them for repairs to your Tesla.

Highly recommend! BUT have patience being that they’re the ONLY Tesla collision repair shop in Memphis,Tn! A deer ran out on me and messed my baby up BADLY! I took my car to ICON and within 2 months my car was back and better! I’m a happy customer and having insurance definitely pays off!! Remember i said they’re they only Tesla collision repair shop in Memphis so just trust their process! The entire team was professional and kept me up to date on everything

My Tesla model Y needed some rather unusual damage repaired after my front passenger window and door trim was destroyed by a window tint company (Tennessee Window Tint — AVOID AT ALL COSTS). First time I got my car back from Icon EV, it wasn’t quite 100% restored to factory condition. Jonathan at Icon immediately reached out to me to work out a solution upon hearing that there was a problem. He’s extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to talk at great length and detail regarding Teslas. I’m happy to report that my Y now appears to be back to 100% after getting it back today.

It's a very long pending review. Jonathan, the manager here, was really helpful. The only complaint I had was the delay it took, but Jonathan met me personally and explained what accounted for the delay. I really felt valued as a customer. When I first gave Icon a consideration, I was hesitant initially thinking I may be better off going to a Tesla collision center. But I felt Icon is no way any different. Their quality of service is truly exceptional. God forbid something happens, You don't need to have second thoughts about taking your Tesla here.
