This place was horibble I ordered black chairs for my wedding venue this past weekend, I paid 660 dollars for chairs that were all scratched up and I mean bad, the chairs are in bad condition. Then the chairs were suppose to be picked up Monday , they call Monday giving me the run around saying they were not going to get the chairs until Tuesday , they could never give me a time frame they would get the chairs or just give me a call back with information! Never will I order from them again I should be refunded something for how horrible the chairs were and dirty as hell .

If I could leave a review without checking any stars I would. First time renting from it’s my party and the worst experience. I called them asking what time they would be delivering they told me noon. I waited 1:45 came around nothing no call or anything. I called them to find out what’s going on Gionna said they had a mix up went to deliver at another party that wasn’t until November. She said they were on their way to make our delivery. 3:30 and still hadn’t arrived called back and they said they wouldn’t be there for a few hours and STILL no courtesy call letting me know . As if I didn’t have a million other things to do to get ready for our event but wait around until they decided to show up . They didn’t deliver until 5:30 no courtesy calls or anything. Very unprofessional. We were getting splinters from the tables being so beat up the chairs were super dirty I had to wipe down 130 chairs and they were all scratched up . I paid the extra money to get nicer chairs and got junk . I get a call Today asking if they can pick up the chairs & tables Wednesday. Our event was Saturday. I begin voicing my complaint to Gionna and she said well they are rentals as if that’s ok for them to be that way. I told her it doesn’t matter people pay the extra money to get nicer items I paid nearly $800. If I wanted crappy chairs I could have rented cheap plastic ones and chair covers . She said she didn’t appreciate being talked to like that . I told her i wasn’t raising my voice at her or cursing . She shouldn’t have a problem me telling them how unhappy I was about the whole situation. She mentioned that she basically didn’t care because it wasn’t her business when I told her I wouldn’t rent from them again. Instead they should be calling me about the balance they owe me and when they would have my check in the mail . I asked who I could speak with she said the owner travels between here and Montana and the manger has children she takes care of so it’s really hard to get a hold of them . So basically there’s no one else to speak with . Well I really hope the Owner reads these reviews and sees that the people he leaves in charge running his business while they are gone don’t give a damn about their customers who bring them business. That is a very bad business move having people like Gionna and their delivery guys run it while he’s gone. The right thing would have been to get a hold of the manager and make the time to give their customer a courtesy call back apologizing for any inconvenience. I will make sure to let others know when asking for rentals not to rent from Its My Party rentals.

Our organization had been using it’s my party for all their events. Recently we were hung out to dry on an order for an event that we had difficult to get a phone call or any kind of communication no Delivery of a bunch of tables and linens without a phone call.

I am only giving two stars because of the 4 separate events I have rented items for through IMPR, a few things have gone semi right, and the price is cheap. But you get what you pay for.

Event 1: March 2020, my mother put on a very elegant baby shower for my first baby. Linens were gorgeous, company was easy to work with, met all our needs.

Event 2: Dec 2021. We decided to rent linens for my wedding since it was such a great experience the first time. My wedding was on a Friday, also New Years Eve. Since they’d be closed, we picked up the linens Thursday and set up Friday to return Monday or Tuesday. 33 floor length black tablecloths for 10-top round tables and 33 supposedly burgundy/maroon runners. Whilst setting up, we realized we were given not only different shades of runners, but ALL of the “runners” were full tablecloths and not actually runners. No way to rectify it. Thankfully my day of people were able to fold them to look like runners. Not ideal, but we made it work. The different colors, well, no way to hide that.

Event 3: (why we went back, beats me but we did. And we should have learned after this event) August 2022 - my second baby shower for my second baby. Small tables, linens, runners, and chairs. My parents picked up the tables and linens etc. Upon setting up at the space, they realized the tables that were loaded into their truck were wobbly, splintered in many areas, significantly damaged, and just overall usable but in unkempt condition. Linens were fine and chairs were fine but we were so unhappy with the wobbly tables.

My mom called and just voiced her displeasure with the staff who was there, in good faith attempt that they would be able to provide better quality products in the future. Not looking for a refund and happily declined one, just wanted to give feedback.

This brings us to now. April 2023.
I rented 8, 8-top tables, 8 black 3/4 length linens, and 8 red runners with 64 black chairs. No issues with it. They were delivered on the desired date, decent in quality, and it looked nice.
Pickup, however, is horrendous. No calls day of (today, April 17th) to inform of estimated pick up window. I placed one call at 10:30 and was told the items would be picked up “this afternoon” - upon leaving work at 4pm, called again, and was asked if the items could be picked up the next day. They’re Expecting this to be a venue that allowed us to not only store the items there for Friday, Sunday, Monday into Tuesday. 4 days unused. I insisted the items be picked up by end of business day (5pm) because now we will be charged by the venue to store the items.

Never. Again. And I will not only NOT recommend this place to anyone, but will begin to ENCOURAGE them to rent elsewhere.

I had a graduation party recently and I had contacted a lot of rental places. It’s my party always picked up the phone when I called and made it easy to make changes in my order from adding or subtracting the rental items. They even provided almost a hundred chair and a few tables last minute because another renter couldn’t provide them. Great customer service!

I had never used a party rental service before and I was surprised how affordable it was. Everyone was friendly and helpful during the process of ordering, delivery and pick up. I was very pleased with my experience with them and will definitely go here again should I need this service again. I highly recommend.

So thankful and satisfied with this company for helping me to put on a beautiful and glamorous event.
My party was unfortunately scheduled on a day where it was wind gust and downpour, but the tents I rented were strong and kept us dry.
I rented all of our dining china and they were beautiful. Also rented patio heaters which kept everyone warm, chafing dishes which worked perfectly, and trash cans. I wasn’t 100% happy with the silverware, kindof looked a little dingy and mismatched but that was my only complaint.
The delivery guys put everything up in a timely manner and were SO helpful with assisting us in what they thought was best for lay-out.
I spoke with an employee named Chad several times regarding my order and he was polite, helpful, and sweet every time.
5 stars for sure!

I requested to rent a popcorn machine in early October because I knew it may not be available if I waited. Yes they called to confirm reservation. I called during my lunch but no answer from them yesterday. I called back today and was told it was given away since they didn’t hear from me. Honestly if they are concern people are not going to pick up their rental they need to secure a deposit. 5 days from my event I’m trying to find another machine. Very disappointed because I have rented from them before and after this incident I’m not going to rent from them anymore. I just can’t trust that they’ll hold my reservation.
